- Please try to clear all connections with your Highwave if some connection problems occur;
- Turn on the bluetooth on your phones or computers, click “CRESUER Highwave QE” in your list and forget this device.
- Turn on your Highwave and press the playback & + & - buttons simultaneously and hold for 5 seconds or so until the indicator blinks red-blue quickly;
- The indicator blinks red & blue alternatively;
- Re-connect with your Highwave as instructed before.
